How to become a HAYA Consultant
- Every consultant will have their own web access with their own code. Here you
will be able to login to track all your sales and your pay out.
- You will have access to our physical and web-based materials to inform you and
your customers of all of HAYA products
- There are no inventory requirements; HAYA ships directly to the customer
- You will receive 15% commission on sales
- You will also be able to enjoy 30% off HAYA products
HAYA RULES AND REGULATIONS- You must be at least 18 years of age to become a HAYA consultant
- Do not offer medical advice to your customers
- You are responsible for communicating to your customer that HAYA does not
claim to cure, treat or prevent disease and to talk to a health care practitioner
before taking any supplements.
- You are not permitted to sell HAYA products at a your own price
- You are not permitted to offer discounts without approval from HAYA
management
- You are responsible for your use of the HAYA, Health for Life website, and for
any use of the website made using your account. Our goal is to create positive,
rewarding and a safe experience in connection with our website. To promote this
goal, we prohibit certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful; therefore you may
not:
violate any law or regulation;
violate, infringe, or misappropriate other people's intellectual property, privacy,
publicity, or other legal rights;
post or share anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful to reputation,
pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise
objectionable;
send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or commercial communications,
such as spam
stalk, harass, or harm another individual;
impersonate any person or entity or perform any other similar fraudulent activity,
such as phishing;
use automated methods to use the Websites;
attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the
software used to provide the Website; or
advocate, encourage, or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.
